Pearce is in the 3rd grade, plays the piano and baseball. This is his second year playing baseball. He played regular season ball and winter ball and now we are starting the regular season again. I love going to games and practices. Pearce has had the same coach since he started. His coach traded his 1st pick to get Pearce on his team because he was another coaches 1st pick. I developed a really good friendship with the coaches wife so she asked me to be the co-team mom. The kids have been calling me CoCo since winterball. The name has grown on me.
Morgan has the sweetest personality. She is very friendly and always smiling. She loves to jump on the trampoline, ride her tricycle, read books, get her finger and toes nails painted and pretend she is Dora the Explorer. That is her favorite show on TV along with Go Diego Go. She picks up alot of spanis word watching that show. Her and Taylor play together and speak spanish to eachother. Morgan is very excited to start Pre-School next week. When we went to visit pre-schools she made me pack her a lunch and told me to drop her off!
Taylor is just the opposite of her sister. She is more shy around strangers and very content to play by herself. She is VERY smart. She just turned 2 two months ago and she speaks in full sentences. Does alot pretending too. She has a real hot temper. Once she is mad she will walk around the house knocking things over and throwing all their toys out of the toy box. We used to just ignore the tantrums but we have started putting her in time out. Taylor favorite thing in the world is their dog Max. She loves him so much. She would have him sleep in her bed if we would allow it. The other night we were reading books and she was patting his head saying "You're a good boy Max, yes you are!" Then she lower her voice and said it again. We are amazed with her everyday. If we ask Taylor if she has a poopy diaper she'll look at me and tilt her head sideways and say "I don't think so". She is not a child that wants help she will tell us that she can do it herself. She is a very good climber, great hand eye coordination, and if they made sports for her age she would be playing. We think that her being as advanced might have something to do with her having to keep up with Morgan and keep up with Morgan she does.
Look at that....Taylors paragraph is twice the size of Pearce and Taylors. Isn't it just like a parent to notice these things.
